Westboro Baptist Church
The Westboro Baptist Church, started in 1955 in Topeka, Kansas, is a family-based cult centered on its leader, Fred Phelps. Their primary agenda centers on anti-gay rhetoric and protests. They are a small but vocal group, most famous for their protests at funerals of homosexuals and fallen soldiers.
Westboro Baptist Church is banned from entering several countries because of their protests and extreme views against Jews and the LGBT community.
